Review on 🔌 Tether Tools TetherPro 15ft (4.6m) USB 2.0 to Micro-B 5-Pin Cable - High-Vis Orange by Marco Habersham

Basically it's just a long USB cable. Usually the length of USB cables is not very good. Looks like Tether Tools accounted for the extra length as I haven't had any USB performance issues. (I suspect they used larger wires in the cable construction to account for the voltage drop, but I don't know for sure). The cable is ORANGE, not black. This is a good thing in a photo studio as you want to know where the cable is. This is no small matter. For most photographers, this cable connects one end to a $3,000+ MacBook Pro and the other end to an equally expensive camera (Sony a7ii or a7Riv in some cases). You definitely don't want to trip over the cable and damage the connected devices. Orange is good. If you intend to use this cable, I recommend a cable support frame that will help prevent the cable from falling out due to its own weight.
