Okay I'm 44 years old. 6 feet 3 inches and 280 pounds. I work as a delivery driver and sit for a long time. I have a DVT and a blood clot in my left leg. My calf, foot and ankle are constantly swollen and numb. I've been dealing with this for several years. I've lost count of how many different compression stockings I've tried. None of them really worked. My leg was more swollen over the elastic cuff on them. Then I tried open toe copper sleeves and the fit was too loose and it didn't work for me. Decided to try it and got the desired results. My job is 10-13 hours a day. Driving and unloading a tractor trailer. up and down the ramp from the trailer all day. I wear compression stockings all day. The swelling is gone, the numbness is gone and I have full mobility in my leg. The only negative I can think of is yes, the elastic band in the middle of the thigh is uncomfortable at times, but not painful or anything. don't slip off your foot and the uncomfortable part of this band is to be expected with a product like this and it's not a problem enough to complain about. I sweat a lot in this sleeve and had no skin irritation at all. Putting it on takes some practice, but gets easier and faster each time. In the end I am more than happy with this product and it has literally changed my life. My left leg is no longer swollen and I feel like a normal person again after trying product after product for this DVT. Thanks compression Jomi.
