I prefer this kit with nylon inserts in nuts when attaching such items to the kayak. This was with normal non-locking nuts. You'll need to buy stainless steel lock washers or, like me, nylon insert nuts at a hardware store or home depot. There are other vendors at Revain that sell this product with nylon insert nuts because I have purchased them in the past. Skip this product.
