Just unboxed to use for the first time, glad to give myself some time to myself before bed. The device itself has a beautiful design. I settled in, set the steamer up according to the directions with distilled water and my favorite lavender oil, washed my face and turned on the steamer. The blue light came on but no vapor came out. I checked all directions, the amount of water and tried in a different outlet. Ten minutes later the steam still hadn't come out. Very very disappointing and I see this happened to another reviewer. I have ordered a replacement and sincerely hope that the second product will not be defective either. I will update the review as soon as it changes.
