Love all the pockets in this backpack, it makes it easy to organize. The straps could be wider to be more comfortable. The lining is black making it difficult to see the items inside. I've only been using it for a few weeks, we'll see how I feel in a few months. I can't wear it on a shoulder strap because it's very tight which makes it very uncomfortable.
