I don't understand the negative reviews. I just got this and I'm a very, very picky person when it comes to my best friends, especially the ones I've lost. I accidentally knocked over a vase containing my dog Claire's fur and collar. I kept it on the shelf with her ashes for 10 years. Every week. This time it just shot off the shelf and broke. I feel lucky that I found this. I needed something quickly as I was very frustrated with this. It has arrived and VERY WELL DONE. The china is thick, the gold details look great, it's a beautiful message and the solid wood top is very thick. It would be great for color + fur OR ash in my case and you don't have to pay a ridiculously high price for it. I highly recommend it. Also, it was delivered within a day of ordering. Great work, I really appreciate it. RIP Claire
