All required steps completed, infotainment system updated before installation. Recommend using fishing tape to thread the scuff through the center console once it has been completely removed. The first one sent didn't read the SD card for navigation. The second was sent after contact. update on that. The SD card was read but the factory navigation just kept loading and never started. Android Auto and Apple Carplay still work great, but I haven't had factory navigation since this install. Bought a new genuine part that will be out this week. TK78-66-9U0E from Mazda dealer online at similar price. Don't pay the dealer the $$$ they ask, research what you're getting online.
