UPDATED: I'm so excited! This screen lasted less than 24 hours and cracked! This is a fisherman on the short side of the screen. The Kindle is in a protective case. phew! The small blue pry tools weren't strong and one of them broke in half. I used a metal scraper tool I received in another iPad screen replacement kit to remove the cracked screen. There is no glue in the new screen kit, so you'll need some kind of narrow double-sided table or try to save the glue natively in the Kindle. In general, the replacement turned out to be not difficult. The tools could be more durable.
