Excellent sliding in industrial trucks
I used this product to create a pulley system for a home gym. The pulleys are great; adapts to any imaginable design, and the gliding is almost friction-free! What you add to your pulley is what you lift; nothing more. The product is durable and it would be difficult for home gym equipment to exceed the weight capacity unless you are a world class weight lifter.
