I will admit that I was a bit reluctant to purchase this product as I have had many similar products that did not live up to their promises. especially when it came to staying connected to the shower wall. This basket set is different. The cups are flat but made from a very sticky substance and as soon as you turn the handles to increase suction on the cups the whole assembly is pressed securely against the wall. No shifting, no unexpected wall falls, etc. My trays are full of product (probably around three pounds per main tray) and it continues to work great. The build quality is also high; The cup lids and chrome suction handle are plastic but feel nice and don't look like they're going to break anytime soon. The chrome-plated baskets look solid. It was a great purchase and my wife approves which makes the whole experience even better. Happy woman happy life.
