These are beautiful well-made dice with letters, numbers, colors, symbols and animal images. My 22 month old granddaughter loves identifying animals and stacking blocks and then knocking them over. In the end, it determines the colors of the letters and numbers. As a grandparent and kindergarten teacher, I know that recognizing letters and sounds is an important first step in preparing for reading. The wooden cart is a handy place to store the blocks, as well as a good container for modeling and sorting. These blocks will provide my granddaughter with many learning opportunities as she continues to grow and develop.
