Review on 🌳 Eco Wood Bin in White Wash with iDesign Features by Mayra Rodriguez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Environmentally friendly. What I wanted. Some things to consider.

I was looking for a cutlery tray that would match the kitchen trolley drawer in white and stainless steel. I didn't want plastic and for some reason I just didn't like the look of the bamboo or wire pieces I was seeing. I love that whitewashed look and the fact that you can see the beautiful grain of the wood, and I look for eco-friendly products when I have a choice, so that's a plus. I measured before choosing and personally can't use it fully in my small box, but other than that I'm thrilled. A few notes: This tray is very light. I'm not sure how strong the wood will be, so I leave the tray in the drawer and then put silverware in it without filling the tray with silverware, and then put it in the drawer (if that makes sense), around not to do it to stress the wood and the joints. . However, I'm cautious, not because I haven't seen the problem before. As others have said, it's not a very smooth finish (not chipped at all, just rustic in my opinion and consistent with the product description). If you're hoping for a durable or high-quality finish, this product may not be for you. As others have pointed out, every paint they've used has a weird, cucumber-like smell. I waited a week before writing this review and I found that the smell has gone. So is there anything to consider or possible problems? Yes. Am I happy with the looks and utility, and the eco-friendly manufacturing? Yes. Some will say it deserves 3 stars. Call it the teacher in me but 3 out of 5 is 60% and I'm happy with that. If it doesn't last I'll revise my review but personally I'm happy with this tray so far.
