It took some time to find out how to adjust the backrest. I watched a video presentation that demonstrated how to adjust the backrest using two straps (upper and lower), which are connected at the ends by rings and pass through a plastic clip on the back. There is only one belt in the stroller I bought, and it is the lowest one; there is also no ring (see two of my images). Is this a union?
