I had my doubts when I received them as nothing thin can be warm, especially as I have poor circulation and my hands are usually cold unless the weather is 60 degrees or warmer. Put them on on our first cold morning to warm up my truck and clean the windows and I've never been cold. This is VERY surprising as I have weighted winter gloves that have not previously warmed my hands. I will keep them "on hand" and wear them whenever circumstances permit. I drive a dump truck. Not sure about durability as they are THIN, but the heat makes up for a lot and they weren't that expensive so it might make sense to replace them if I wear them out while riding.
