Review on KD Kids Balloon Battle Fun for the Whole Family by Terry Paige

I bought this for my kids for Christmas and they wanted to play with it on Christmas morning. We opened the box, started assembling, and found that one base was missing a joystick. Some assembly is required, but this is not the part for the consumer to assemble. The joystick had to be installed from the factory (the other base had the joystick installed, and the instructions do not say anything about the need to disassemble the base to install the joystick). So I waited until today (Wednesday 26th December) to call the support phone number listed in the user manual. I have called this number many times and each time the call was answered within 3 seconds and then disconnected. No voice, no answering machine, my phone says the call was connected and after 3 seconds the call disconnects. There is no other contact phone number, email or any other way to contact the manufacturer. Then I googled "Balloon Bot Battle" and found the manufacturer's website BalloonBotBattle.com. There is no support contact information on their website. No email address, no phone number, just a physical mailing address. I am returning the product and will not purchase another due to the lack of support. The game seemed like a cool concept and my kids loved it, but if the company doesn't want to give you a way to contact them if you have any problems, it's probably a bad product.
