Item arrived as described. I only have one remote control because the kids hid/lost it. Only one remote left and my kids still love hiding/losing remotes. I also have directv remotes. In any case, the additional buttons and keyboard will be useful for the web applications presented on the TV. In any case, I'm looking for replacement remote controls from Vizio - they were out of stock. I put batteries in both new remote controls and tested them. Pressing the Netflix button. Netflix started downloading right away and the volume control works. Excellent. One issue that was resolved to my satisfaction was that the tracking of the first shipment showed it was delivered but I never received the remote controls. When I contacted the seller they sent new remotes which arrived today. Thanks to the seller for the responsiveness.
