Review on 🚲 Malker Silicone LED Bike Light Set - Front and Rear Bicycle Light Kit: Waterproof, Safety Road & Mountain Bike Lights, Batteries Included (4 Pack: 2pcs White & 2pcs Red) by David Elam

Ok for the price, good for backup or occasional use.

These headlights don't fit very tightly in some places I want to place them. Batteries don't last long and are difficult to change. Each flashlight requires two batteries, so buy plenty of spares. Parts are quite cheap when you buy from Revain. I would not buy expensive replacement batteries as there is a chance the batteries will run out if I forget to turn off the light. I'm correcting this review after the seller contacted me and offered to replace the bulbs or refund my money. . This level of customer service deserves a mention. I've also had more experience with these lights since originally writing the review. I decided to leave the lights. I had trouble finding seats for my beach car, mainly because I have a lot of panniers and a rack on my bike. . I often have my duffel bag or other stuff on the C-pillar, so a seatpost mount is not an option for me if I want a good rear view. Recently my partner and I rode our bikes to the cinema. We knew it would be dark when we got out. He has never ridden his bike at night, so he has no lights. I took a couple of these lights in my bag and attached them to his hybrid bike before we headed home in the dark. They attached well to his bike's seatpost and handlebars and gave us good visibility on our ride home. I decided to just keep these lights and take them with me as spares when driving at night. It's hard to predict when my rechargeable flashlights will die, and with a few spares I can have enough light on hand in no time. I figured I could fit one of the red lights through the slots in my helmet so my tail light is clear of what I wear on the rear pillar. . Most people will find them useful as a last resort and certainly better than no light. You should consider these lights as a way to improve nighttime visibility. White light isn't powerful enough to illuminate your path, but strobe mode will make you visible.

  • Headlight/taillight combos
Cons
  • A few minor things
