The chair is really great and it was easy to install. However, there are many flaws for a $150 chair. There is a stain on the upholstery that I couldn't easily remove, lots of scratches on the 'wooden' part of the chair, the upholstery didn't fit well and the threads came loose. You cannot return it through Revain if you need to contact the company directly. So far I haven't had any luck with that. The phone number said to email me but my email was not answered within two days and I did not receive an automated ticket telling me they had received my email. Calling doesn't help much either as I was on the line for 30 minutes even though I was first in line the whole time. If I've had good experiences after mastering them, I'll update my rating.
