Stupid Design - Bath
Sold as a napkin holder with a removable top. but it has no bottom at all. I assumed that with the removable top there would be a box to put the wipes in and take off the top to replace the wipes. Basically it's just a cover that fits over wipes - it has a removable top which is useless. It's ok (I think), it's for my office so I'll leave it, but as the title says "stupid design!" If you're looking for a fully enclosed tissue box, skip this one!
