This has been of great help up until this month. I bought it in July 2018, it is now October 2019 and it is defective. The nozzle you are pressing is stuck and will not turn off. This can cause the machine to overheat and shut down for several hours. It also pops the balloons. I'm not a professional balloonist but in the last year I've made maybe 6 balloon arches and maybe 3 balloon garlands. I think you get what you pay for.
