I work for a dredging company and a radio is a must. We use a stock Horizon hx400 and only one base to use the battery clip as the antenna breaks pretty quickly with it clipped so tightly to my vest or belt. As you can see from the photos, my walkie-talkie fits in a holster. It's a bit big for this radio, but I don't have to use the elastic to keep it from falling out or snapping, and I can easily remove and plug in my radio. It fits perfectly, clipped to my belt and hanging at the top of the holster. External loops allow me to add a pocket holster alongside the multi-tool. I really like it and recommend it.
