I work for a company that gets several boxes a day. I showed my co-workers the Slice box cutters and picked this one up as we were all curious to see what it is. This particular one was pocket sized, I often forgot I had it which was great. It cut through most cardboard with ease, but it took extra effort to cut the cardboard all the way through. Only the blade is a bit short. So I was very curious to see how a large box opener would fare in everyday use. Then, when I showed my colleagues how the blade opened and felt much more secure than steel, the locking mechanism broke as it was held in place by two small plastic pins that clicked.
