I saw some complaints about this coffee maker in the beginning like the buttons don't work properly and the Moka Pot coffee maker can't make coffee only the espresso does not work and the dosage the coffee machine does not always work and prepare espresso. However, I am giving this machine 5 stars after using it for a few weeks and I love it! I have not returned to Starbucks since the purchase. With all that said, you MUST read this review so you don't let your device disappoint you and get the most out of it. 1. First, read all the videos they uploaded to the product page to learn how to use them properly! I'm a person who didn't know anything about how to make espresso with the Moka Pot before. For this coffee maker, you need to read the instruction video to learn how to use it.2. How to start the coffee maker. You have to press 1s to activate the machine and double click on the coffee drink to make the espresso machine work. I had to click them many times to make them work just because I don't know the "double click" operation. Use the correct size coffee grind and DO NOT overfill or compact. All you need to make a fantastic espresso with the Moka Pot is just the right amount of pressure. This coffee maker has already done all the measurements for you. I used a too finely ground coffee and mashed it to fill my old Breville. It just created too much pressure for the espresso to rise into the moka pot and I didn't get an espresso.4. Keep an eye on the water level in the Moka Pot. Adding too little water will cause the espresso to fail, and too much will cause the coffee to fade all over your countertop. The frothed milk may not be as hot as a regular steam wand. But it seems the right temperature for my drink. Compared to frothed milk, it is 100% clean. I hope my review will help you make the best coffee at home!
