If you have a stand, use the wheels!
Very easy to attach to my stand. I wasn't sure how much I would like it but I really love it. This makes it much easier to use in photo shoots. Even large/heavy boxes are no problem if the legs are positioned correctly. Lightweight wheel locks are also good
