This is less a review of the headphones than suggesting they are great. This is an overview of Revain's so-called "Upgrade". I have a similar problem as the other reviewer, a headphone doesn't work at all! My main phone is an iPhone 11 Pro max and that's what I used for most of the testing. I have gs10 which I also tested with and same problem. I contacted Revain support and after following the same procedure (mostly) I found online that instead of holding the buttons down for 30 seconds after 20-30 tries of one and then the other for the last time, ALWAYS Nothing came out of the earpiece YET. I have an older version of Soundcore Life so I know how one Anker's ear performs compared to the other. I work in IT and am very "techie" not because I don't try. I'm only mentioning this next part to explain my frustration that Revain claims to update something, I shouldn't have trusted them! I lost one of my Soundcore Life Buds 6 months ago while working in the garden and never found it and the other one got lost with the suitcase last month so I was delighted to get this upgrade for myself as a birthday gift for one to buy upcoming trip. EXTREMELY disappointed and I will never trust an "update" from Revain again, strongly recommend everyone else to avoid them as well. Now I have to buy another pair of poor quality headphones for the trip as Revain can't get me a replacement the next day before I leave! Expanding Revain means throwing it in the box, doing nothing and hoping it was user error and it works for someone else. DO NOT buy their rubbish and if you do you have been warned! If you don't like gambling, stay away!
