I'd just like to start by saying that the sling serves its purpose in all respects. It offers a way of carrying and transporting, but not without room for improvement. There are a few things I don't like about the sling such as the fact that the sling is NOT adjustable and therefore due to my small stature and my dog's weight (about 12 pounds) the sling always sags along the hip line and is so uncomfortable. I also have frequent shoulder and neck pain and that certainly makes things worse. The fabric is also very thick and not breathable, my dog is a Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix with LOTS of hair and heats up easily, Speaking of hair, this thing absorbs EVERYTHING. And that's why it looks so dirty and unsightly, even if I dust it 72,000 times before leaving the house. It also has NO kind of security and I'm paranoid and worried about my dog falling out which he almost had a couple of times because he just sags in it, I basically still have to hold him even when he's in one Loop. I will definitely not be buying again and will NOT recommend unless your dog is 7lbs or less. While he was lovely to ride his bike in a sling around campus with, he seemed to enjoy it himself, even if it was a HELL test to get right in. Wow what a disaster.
