I've been using this for years which I bought at the Ace store where I worked. I say 12-15 years. It's similar but bigger. exchange. This new one sounded great because of the rechargeable battery. I charged it, as soon as it arrived all the batteries come with a charge. Tried plugging it into 3 different computers, no red (indicates it needs to be charged), no green light (indicates it's charged. Left it on for a couple of hours, another USB cable Tried it. No recharge! Revain notified and message that they added card credit to my account. Next time we order something they will add $25 credit and... No need to return the zapper! Well what not working is the "charging" indicator. Plugged in overnight and left out all day. This morning it works great. Try this before requesting a refund.
