Product works as it should except for some static electricity in my headset when used with elgato HD60s+ with chat cable. The only real downside was that I ordered Blue v8s and they sent me a black v8, then they sent me a replacement of the exact same black v8 instead of the blue v8s I paid for. Again, the product itself is good, just poor service from a company that doesn't know the difference in their own products.
