I bought this device 2 months ago just to upload photos and videos to flash drives. I paid extra for the warranty. The DVD drive has been a problem since day one. After spending over an hour on the phone with a technician today, he told me it was not a hardware issue it was a software issue and transferred my call to another "team” who told me I had to pay ANOTHER $14.95 PER pay MONTH for help with the software, NO guarantee they can fix my problem. So I was sold a computer with firmware that is NOT WORKING and now I have to pay a monthly fee so they can mess around and tell me they can't fix it anyway? If I hadn't spent the last 2 months looking through thousands of photos I would have thrown the whole damn thing in the trash!
