Well first of all I was very happy to receive my case in 2017 and be able to use the iPhone's camera while swimming and snorkeling. The first disappointment: the water could constantly change the camera settings! 🤬 Had to keep stopping, standing up, putting on glasses, adjusting, lowering glasses and starting over. Second, it was difficult to take the phone out of the case. The little guitar pick they give you to knock out was fine, but the process was a real pain. Eventually one day I just put on the end piece. Of course I clicked on it. Third, it leaked! The case was leaked 13 months later. I recognized him immediately, got out of the water and opened the suitcase. The water ran out. 😩 Yes, I had to buy a new iPhone. Which wasn't in the plan. #sad ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️**** EXTRA! I returned my damaged case to ProShot Case with an email similar to the verification above. I was hoping they would use it to make a better product since I gave up. SURPRISE! I received a great email from CFO Matt Andon detailing fixes, new design improvements (improved tablet!), new information (their app that eliminates the use of on-screen "buttons") and tips. The icing on this cake? They replaced my suitcase with their new and improved suitcase! Today it is difficult to find companies/products that follow a business model or mission that promotes responsibility and communication with their customers. ProShot is one such company and I'm happy to say I'm still such a FAN! #sadnomore
