So, quick story I made a car crash kit and wanted a bag that I could use. I chose this one mainly because of the price and also because of the reflective strips. The build quality is actually pretty good and the material is a nice nylon. Not super thick and heavy. There are a small number of internal organs with padded dividers and a few loops tied to the flaps. There is no other internal organization beyond that. It doesn't matter, I can easily stow a few bandages and other emergency medical supplies as well as a few extras like my stethoscope, blood pressure cuff and safety vest. I was able to easily take the items I needed with me. When the ambulance arrived, one of them got out of the ambulance with the exact same bag. Now it's in the trunk of my car and goes with me everywhere. The durability seems to be good. Not a bad backpack for the price. Don't be fooled by other EMS bags that cost hundreds of dollars. This bag does the work for you. Five stars.
