I received my package today. I was very excited to open my new smartwatch. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the content. I opened the box and the smartwatch was completely empty. I couldn't even turn it on. I ended up charging it up a bit and turning it on for the first time and that's what happened. Random screen scrolling, button selection, general erratic response even without touching the device. So disappointing that my watch is not working properly. I've tried various things (including removing the battery, factory reset and rebooting, etc.) to fix the problem. Unfortunately without success. It's a shame to pay money, wait for tracking and delivery only to get a new product in this condition.
