Working with metal at home, most of all I use angle grinders (angle grinders). Something to cut off, clean from rust, grind. When I was young, working in the sun in calm weather, I noticed how the air sparkles when the angle grinder is working. The smallest particles of metal sparkled from the abrasive wheel. Since then, I have been using respirators all the time. They are sold in a large number of shapes, names and designs. I settled on the manufacturer 3M. Not cheap, but effective. The 3M respirator has an exhalation valve. Inhale through the filter, exhale through the valve. It is easy to breathe and most importantly, the exhaled air does not get under the goggles and they do not sweat. Very important when it's cold. The face does not sweat under the respirator. By appearance, one can judge the effectiveness of cleaning the inhaled air and the tightness of the fit to the face. Outside is dirty clean inside. Although the respirator is disposable, it lasts for a long time for domestic use. The 3M respirator should always be at hand with the master.
