I had many questions before buying. I couldn't find the seller's email address even though they had one when the item arrived. We used crown moldings from Austin Foam Moldings. Cut to appropriate length and stick reflective tape on top. We were able to cut the fixings to length as well as trim and then use plastic splices to splice from one wall to the other at 90 degrees. At one point we weren't able to make the right connections, but when we moved it, they showed up. On one of the 90 degree turns of the first coil I installed, the connections were actually made for a 270 degree turn, not a 90 degree turn. This is how the wires were lined up on the 1st coil, and there is only one way to properly connect them. . It was a headache and even with wiser heads (my wife) we knew it wasn't going to be perfect. So it sticks out a bit at one of the corners, but quite imperceptibly. This was the only reason for the downgrading to 4 stars and the difficulty in answering questions. The other coil worked fine and moved through space in the opposite direction. I also ordered the correct extensions to go down the wall before plugging in the controller. The plug was quite long but the controller is a little bulky. I'm not sure where I would try to hide by going down the wall. Extension cords were easy to hide in the duct cable. The project with me and the child took about 5 hours. Very happy with it. The application worked fine. Let's see how long it lasts since I got them from China before. I had it on my patio and it lasted about 3 months. But probably not good in moisture, even though it's under the decking. My child likes her very much.
