10pcs. They fit almost any glass or mug that you want to customize. They're a nice thick foam and ribbed enough to hold your glasses straight while you apply epoxy and glitter. They hold their shape after use and the one that fits my 20oz glasses started breaking somewhere around my 30th lens. They are therefore valid for many jobs. They fit my gymnastic rod perfectly and are a pleasure to work with. I use two conical glasses to give my glasses maximum stability, not just one that fits in a cup. I love that they are single rather than layered, with the rings removable to the right size so I can use a couple for heavier cups.
