Review on Samsung P2370HD 23-inch Full HD Monitor by Roy Elia

I wanted a large monitor for my desk with my 13 inch Macbook. I didn't have money for the 24" Apple LED Cinema Display MB382LL/A so I went for it after reading many reviews online. Pros: 1) Beautiful design. I just love the slim look of this monitor! Doesn't bother me at all not the "red color cast” on the edges, although it annoys some. 2) Great menu system, easy to navigate. Lots of custom settings that are easy to adjust. 3) Very durable stand. Monitor hardly wobbles even when trying to squeeze consciously 4) At this price the quality of the display is excellent. There is no noticeable lag and the black color is decent. Is it as good as the monitor on my laptop? Is it suitable for a professional graphic designer? No way. I dim the monitor on my laptop and don't use it because switching from one to the other makes the difference in picture quality much more noticeable. Can you expect? 5) Hey outstanding connectivity. I use this monitor with my laptop as a TV and to connect gaming systems and cameras. Cons: 1) The stand is not adjustable. You're stuck with elevation and incline. Luckily for me, height isn't an issue at all, and unless you're a giant or "little man," you're probably fine. or when moving) you have to make a lot of effort to detach the leg from the back of the monitor. In the end he comes out, but it takes some effort. 3) Fingerprints show up very easily around the edges, ie when you use the 'buttons' on the monitor itself. I use the remote to turn it on and off to avoid this.
