As others have mentioned, it's definitely a stretch or a bit of a workout to get this thing on. What I found work best for me is to get the top in position, and then turn the thing inside out at the bottom, and put all your weight on that. Then slowly turn the fabric on to the wheel until you reach the bottom. What was challenging is there's no way to rotate this once it's on, so make sure you got it aligned where you want it.I think the quality is good and it feels comfortable. For $12 it's worth it. Go for it!
