I didn't realize how invisible my 250 quad is in the grass but this beeper probably cut my search time by many hours in the few hours I had it used so far and managed to prevent several "never seen again" events. I have no idea why such a simple buzzer isn't built into most flight controls by default. As a side effect, my flight controller board announces 3 levels of "low battery" beeping through this thing and I use this on every flight to get my money's worth from it. On the other hand, what I really can't fault this board for is that I haven't figured out how to get the lights to glow since I updated the firmware on my flight controller. The beeps are all good, but all the time, so I agree. Oh, and it's as damn loud as it should be, with most of the noise being absorbed by the grass and soil. I could hear it from my running quad when it was through wooded windshields and in the darkest corners of the brushwood (first time I'd have lost a model without a horn).
