My wife is allergic to nickel they claim they are stainless steel so bought it. After wearing it for a few minutes, her ear immediately developed an allergic reaction. that only happens with nickel. She put the famous stainless steel back into her piercing and after a few hours no reaction. This proves that these parts are definitely not pure stainless steel, perhaps the outer coating is causing the reaction. Returned due to allergy.
