I have been told that this mouthguard fits well on upper teeth. I was looking for a more breathable mouthguard and this is the most breathable mouthguard I have ever had. because it doesn't fit my teeth at all and falls out when I open my teeth a little. it is too wide for my teeth without gel to surround my teeth. The best word to describe this mouthpiece is blank, nothing sticks to my teeth, no protection. I followed the instructions step by step the first time I tried pouring it on my teeth and then I asked for help the second time and it was no better than the first try. This product is not worth the money I spent on it, it was double the price of my everlasting mouthguard, which fits perfectly and is snug, not an iota moves. My mouthguard shouldn't bother me when kickboxing and distracts 100%. In short, this is the worst purchase of my life. If there was a 0 star option I would choose it.
