Description of Goodyear Eagle Sport 2 205/55 R16 91V summer
The new Goodyear Eagle Sport 2, aimed at the mid-to-high-end passenger car segment, is an evolution of the first generation Goodyear model from which it features increased mileage, improved handling and improved fuel efficiency.
The increase in mileage is due to the optimization of the carcass design of the new tire. Compared to its predecessor, the Goodyear Eagle Sport 2 delivers 15 percent more mileage. Another improvement is the tread design, which provides more efficient water evacuation and better contact between the tire and the road surface. In turn, the reduction in fuel consumption is associated with the new composition of the tread rubber compound and the carcass design.
During in-factory testing, the Goodyear Eagle Sport 2 confirmed the improvements made. In terms of handling on wet roads, it outperformed its predecessor by 7 percent, and on dry roads by 4 percent. In addition, braking distance measurements showed that the new tire was 7 percent shorter in the wet and 2 percent shorter in the dry.
Wear Guage visual wear indicator technology allows the consumer to easily monitor tire wear levels. The measurement scale is presented at four levels and is present in four places on the outer groove of the tire. At the same time, the indicator shows how many times the current tread depth exceeds the minimum safe depth of 1.6 mm.

- Rubber liked. I purchased a quantity of 195/65 R15 in order to fit a 1.6-liter Golf 4 automatic transmission. Holding the road more than having confidence. Didn't detect any vibrations in the ground. The strength of the hook makes it seem as though it makes no difference whether the pace is 60 kilometers per hour or 160 kilometers per hour. Enjoy a relaxing ride. Additionally, noise is OK. Handles water 100%. It seems as though there are none of the usual puddles around. Despite this, with lamellas that are so thick (I'll discuss more specifically about them in the part devoted to the drawbacks). I got it during the initial wave of heat, which was probably one of the first times it was sold, and shortly afterward, to celebrate, I changed my shoes, which were also probably one of the first times they were sold. I purchased the entirety of Amazon, went to the shop where I bought this kit, and simultaneously contacted the GOODYEAR representative office. The manager of the store assured me that everything was in order and functioning properly, or so they say. According to what he claimed, tires with a width of less than 200 come with three sipes already installed. Naturally, I did not believe it, so after thinking about it for a while, I decided to write a letter to the GOODYEAR representative office asking them to either confirm or refute the information. Naturally, they did not respond right away, and naturally, I worked myself up into a state of anxiety as a result. However, I was taken aback by the fact that they validated my suspicions. If any of your friends come across this, please know that everything is operating normally and there is no cause for alarm. I questioned my own sanity.
