Review on Heat Press Tape Dispenser 6.3X2.5X3.4" - Fits 1" And 3" Core (Black) by Duy Desperado

This came in the box securely packed and pretty heavy so I figured it would be great. However after opening the pieces that were in the middle needed to be put in. No problem, I thought, I do this all the time with my other tape rolls for smaller tapes. The wheel part has a tiny piece that goes inside it which is supposed to click in the middle so you can easily insert a new tape roll and slide it on and off the dispenser whenever you need to change it. Not only does the little piece not fit on the wheel (like it’s stuck inside once inserted so far you will not get it back out without breaking the wheel) but once you do get it all the way in fir good, you can not insert the wheel into the holder as it’s too big with the pegs that are now hanging out of the wheel. I couldn’t even force it in and my husband tried and couldn’t either. But even if we did succeed, why would I need to go through this much fighting when I need to change the tape roll on it. Idk if mine was just defective, I wrote to Walmart though and they already resolved the situation. Just know it’s a possibility when buying this brand this the same thing may happen. I had to put a one star to at least write the review but my one star is for great packaging.
