I need a manual switch to expand my dock's output to 3 monitors and still have one for the other Computer to use when I don't need any monitors. This initially worked well for my needs, more recently I've found that using Port/Select B on desktop creates what I would describe as haze or double images. For example, desktop icons on selected port A are sharp, but after switching to BI you may see a slight shadow or overlay of the same icon next to the original. For now it's still usable and I keep doing it, but it's quite annoying. I was already past my return deadline when this happened so I'm hoping it's an accident and it might work for you otherwise it's a good product.
