My kid loved it for 2 weeks until he fell off his knees onto the floor and smashed the screen inside but the customer service is always great! This is a very good company. The tablet broke but the support team solved the problem without any problems. This is a great tablet with games and videos, a silicone case and a screen protector. It has plenty of space for other games that can be purchased from the Play Store. But it's really the customer support that is the reason I'm buying a few more because they seem like a solid company that really stands behind their product. And that makes this tablet even more amazing, oh that and the screen quality is just great.
