The ease of use for my team was an instant benefit! Our customer service is excellent, too - they are always available to answer any questions or concerns we have along with providing support throughout our release cycles from start until final production launch in each market that has been deployed so far (Brazil & US). It's really helped us keep up momentum as well since there aren't many things you can do once your apps go live without additional resources / knowledge required beyond what comes standard out oof box when deploying through their platform/solution.
