My baby has light eyes and is therefore very sensitive to the sun. He refuses to wear sunglasses, so we wear wide-brimmed hats when playing outside. We use this hat for water features and it's so cool! The brims are long enough to shade his eyes, ears and neck. He also has an adjustable strap which is great for this age as he sometimes tries to shake it off his head in a fit and instead of calling for water he just hangs onto his back. There is also an adjustable piece that sits around the cap at the base, making it great for growing out. The design is absolutely gorgeous too!
