Save your money.: Tools and accessories

Good in theory, but lacking in execution. I'm not picky or bougie at all and am generally content with simplicity and don't bother with frills. However, I bought this for my husband who works on his feet about 70 hours a week and his feet hurt all the time. I was so excited to give this to him and he was very excited when he opened it. But we were both incredibly disappointed with it. First, it's very, very noisy. We had to turn the TV up loud when he tried and it was really distracting. The tub is NOT deep AT ALL - too shallow to cover the ankles or even get near the ankles (I tried that too, and I'm a small woman, and it wasn't nearly deep enough). Water constantly spills out sporadically in a chaotic manner, although it is not filled above the marked fill line. The "foot massager" is just a splint with a plastic piece that can MANUALLY slide up or down and does not offer any of the benefits of a massage/roller. Description Says "Heats up in minutes." I guess they're not lying, but they didn't specify how many minutes it takes, which is about 15-20 minutes, and that means VERY WARM, almost hot water is used. It was a failure for us on all fronts. If it was $20 I wouldn't have a complaint, but $50 for what is essentially a plastic storage container rips customers off in my opinion. I filled a small sterile container with hot water and Epsom salts and it was 10,000 times nicer and about $46 cheaper than this thing. Don't waste money.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...
