The service provided by max val was quick with minimal follow up from their team once we've signed off as per our requirements for submission to USPTO or EPO.

We were able use this platform to create an online system that could be used across all offices in India - so everyone can submit same documents without needing any additional training etc!The interface needed some work but it has been addressed now since they have introduced new software recently which looks good too. Nothing really at present though if you are looking forward to submitting your application then I would say go ahead & give them try!! It will save time while preparing applications before going through traditional route.
