tears easily

I took this out of the box. unfolded it. Place it on a 15 inch fabric gift basket. I assembled the top according to the instructions. and then the bottom of that bag was torn open at the seam and the bag fell into my hands. I have to use duct tape to get this to work. I think I got what I paid for
