The ability for my team members to have access via computer from anywhere in our office or remotely is very convenient! I love that it also keeps track of all scheduled information so we don't miss anything. It can sometimes be difficult when trying to update schedules since not everything works perfectly but they are working hard at improving this system with their new updates which should help immensely!! If there were any issues please contact customer service immediately because support tickets take forever to get back to customers due to volume being high right now. We use this software as an online scheduling tool from home allowing us to work together without having to physically meet up every time someone needs something addressed.
